We will be conducting Spring Training this year for a 2 week period in May. This will be May 3,4,6,7,10,11,13,14 from 5:15-7 pm at Goodwin Middle School. This is not a required practice time but I highly encourage all players to attend this as it will only make them better. The more that a player can do some type of practice at home or a workout of some sort the better they will be when we get to practices and games. I can’t stress enough to everyone to ensure these players are in shape. Summer practices will be hot and very demanding so ensure you are in shape and get in a daily habit of drinking lots of water to stay hydrated. Mandatory practices will begin on Monday July 19th. They will start at 5 pm and usually last 2 hours or so every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. As we get closer to this time I will be communicating more information as necessary.
