Be connected in a safe haven for our home school family!
In every safe place there are rules to live by. Mostly, use Scripture and common sense to guide you.
The greatest commandment given us is to “love one another”. (John 13:34)
This is accomplished by considering others before yourself. Be respectful and considerate in what you say and in the pictures you submit. Bullying will not be permitted. Phillipians 2:3, “Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.”
Make sure your passwords are secure and they are not given to anyone.
Parents, please be responsible for monitoring your children on this website.
A filter has been incorporated to disallow inappropriate words, but be wary of the creative mind that may tend to sidestep the filter, and please watch over the pictures children post.
Inappropriate posts may be flagged by others. A website administrator will be notified and three flags may get a person dismissed from the website. Please warn your children to NOT flag others unless they check with you first.
A forum is an area to post questions, ideas, or comments and get responses in return. Think of it as a conversation with others that you read.
A variety of forums are available:
How Do I???
• Field Trip Directory
• Senior Class
• High School Topics
• Marketplace (Ads for buying and selling)
• Family Business Directory
What used to be our members’ manual is digitized and available to download from the website. As with the physical manual, the information is not available to the public, nor should it be shared with non-members.
Each approved member will have a profile page. An appropriate picture should be submitted – what a great way to recognize and get to know others in our group!
Don’t be afraid to navigate around the website and explore. When you figure things out, go to the “How Do I??” Forum and see if you can help someone there, or ask questions there if you haven’t figured something out! The Forum will be checked regularly and administrators or the website guy will be happy to answer questions!
