DEADLINE for Discount on Ezekiel Academy Renewal Fee

The following items must be completed IN ENTIRETY and submitted (or postmarked) by 6/27/24 to receive the early bird discount of $275.00:

  1. Ezekiel Academy Renewal Application
  2. Church School Enrollment Form completed with parent’s signature in the signature block.
  3.  Check for $275.00 payable to Ezekiel Academy.

From July 1st through August 1st the renewal the renewal fee is $300.

Enrollment renewals are required annually!
