DEADLINE for Discount on Ezekiel Academy Renewal Fee.
The following items must be completed IN ENTIRETY and submitted (or postmarked) by 6/30/23 to receive the early bird discount of $175.00:
- Ezekiel Academy Renewal Application.
- Church School Enrollment Form completed with parent’s signature in the signature block.
- Check for $175.00 payable to Ezekiel Academy.
From July 1st – August 1st the renewal fee is $200.00.
Enrollment renewals are required annually!
